Living the Dream

My wife and I, along with some friends, recently took a trip overseas. A quick stopover in Amsterdam, and then we flew onward to Munich, Germany. We toured the city, most impressed with the amazing tour of the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial. This is a must-see for every living human being, lest we forget this very dark chapter in history. While in this mode, we also embarked on the highly recommended Third Reich Walking tour. We also enjoyed the BMW Museum, a sprawling campus of buildings that encompass the factory. Back to Amsterdam for a Viking River cruise down the Rhine to Basel, Switzerland, and then home. Two weeks flew by, but we vowed to book another trip.

Why should you care?

Because I paid for this trip on the money made trading the week prior to heading out on what many would call a “once-in-a-lifetime” trip. Most of my trades were 10 to 20 contracts of the “at the money” options with four-to-eight days till expiration, using our signature entry and exit strategies. These are the very same methodologies we teach every day.

As it is natural to wonder why anyone in their right mind would bother disclosing our highly lucrative game plan, I have no problem showing you. If it works for me, no reason it should not work for you. We already know how to make money; our true satisfaction comes from seeing you succeed.

In fact, while on the vacation, I logged on several times and procured additional funds, mostly because I had the opportunity while sitting on a tour bus. Ok, to be perfectly honest, I am also addicted to day trading options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, SPY.

We were sitting on the top deck of our cruise ship while I was teaching my good friend, Gerard, how to trade using my platform’s mobile app. My wife had a secure eSIM third party provider installed on her cell phone. I simply attached to her with a hotspot, loaded up my Schwab Think or Swim® app and made my trades. Unlike the ship’s Wi-Fi, we had a secure, fast and reliable connection. Gerard is now looking to join the DayTradeSPY clan and start trading as well. He sensed there is something special about making hundreds of dollars, investing only about $4,000 for five minutes while sipping a glass of local French wine.

It’s all about the lifestyle. If I have a specific goal in mind, such as booking that dream family vacation, I generally see much better results than if to just “make money”. The latter is a default that carries little weight on its own. It is merely a means to an end. By focusing on the end result, such as the vacation, I am able to make more profitable, quicker decisions.

Try it yourself. Be determined with purpose in your trading career, sporting distinct objectives. In our case, we celebrated the fact that we, as a group of close friends, were able to assemble for this amazing tour. As one member of the group said, “the cost will soon be forgotten but the memories of this trip will last a lifetime.” So true.
